In our life as we are growing, it's inevitable that we meet some ups and down.
We have to learn to protect ourselves, as well as love ourselves.

The score of life depends on how we are going to compose it.
Avoiding does not mean we will always get by,
Facing it does not mean it will be difficult.

What we achieve, may not last forever,
What we have lost, may not mean we will not earn back.

Turning away does not mean cowardice.
Do not say that there's no choice.

There's no absolute right or wrong answers,
There's is more then one answers to problems.
We will always have road ahead of us to go forward.

If we can find a reason to be sad,
We can also find one to be happy.

Those who learn how to let go, finds tranquility.
Those who learn how to forget, finds freedom.
Those who learn how to care, find true friends...
